Wolverhampton U10's went behind three times against Harborne but fought back each time to secure a 3-3 draw. This was an entertaining game between two well matched teams and our boys appear to be showing improvement as the season progresses although they still have lots to learn.Giving the ball away in defensive areas led to two of the Harborne goals and we must be careful that our passes go to team mates in areas that threaten the opposition and not our own goal. When we are able to pick out our players the results are positive of course and strong running at defenders will certainly reap dividends for Harry on the left and Jaxon and Zachari in more central areas. Zac Myers got the first two goals to get us level with great finishes. following good forward runs. and and we look forward to more goals from Zac across the season. Even at 2-3 down we never let our heads drop and we were rewarded when the referee awarded a penalty following a trip on Jaxon. R’Khi stepped up to smash the ball into the net and a draw was certainly a fair result. Well done to both teams for a great game!
