January 27th 2026. A great win for the 10 Girls.
The Wolverhampton u10 Girls travelled to play Stafford in a 7-a-side friendly at Bishop Lonsdale School, Eccleshall, and took the game to the opposition from the opening whistle. They displayed great confidence on the ball and played some truly lovely football in a performance that really demonstrates how well this group is developing together and our girls fully deserved their 3-2 victory. January 24th 2026. u10 Boys in semi-final action.
Wolverhampton Schools Under 10s bowed out of the cup at the semi-final stage after a hard-fought defeat to Erdington Schools, in a match that showcased effort, resilience, and promising performances from a much-changed side containing four new players making their competitive debut.The first half was evenly contested, with both sides creating chances until we needlessly conceded two goals and the team never really recovered from this early setback. January 17th 2026. u12 girls back in Cup action.
Wolverhampton Under 12 Girls produced a determined and resilient performance in a highly competitive National Plate encounter against Swansea, pushing all the way to the final whistle despite a narrow 2–1 defeat. The match was evenly contested from start to finish, with neither side able to fully dominate for long periods but if anything Wolverhampton probably looked the stronger before the break and went into half-time enjoying a spell of ascendancy despite the game remaing
