August 25th 2026. u15 Girls hit top Form.

The u15 Girls' team defeated a strong Team Goal side from Chester 5-1 with an impressive display of attacking football. Our visitors, who play in the North West Super League, created some early opportunities but once Leja and Rosie had both found the net with well taken goals Wolverhampton were clearly in the ascendancy and we took our 2-0 lead into the interval.

Rosie further extended the lead midway through the second half before the visitors managed to pull a goal back. Wolverhampton eventually sealed the victory, however, with another goal from Leja and a fifth from Tessann. This goal was significant as it was Tessann's first at this level.

The girls' have now completed a successful couple of pre-season friendlies and look forward to the competitive fixtures which are still a couple of weeks away. The Coaches would like to thank the players for their fantastic attitude and all the parents for the wonderful support.
