Wolverhampton Girls U11 - Mini Tournament
Team: Phoebe, Faith, Xienna, Jess, Imogen, Kacee, Amirah, Lexi, Freya, Georgia
Another excellent Friday evening outing for the Primary girls' team. This was their second mini tournament and they certainly did us proud against three of the best District Schools' teams in Birmingham. Phoebe Moss was again imperious between the sticks and she certainly could not be faulted when we conceded our first goal this season in a 1-1 draw against Kings Norton. Lexi was on target in this game and she also scored a hat trick in our 5-0 demolition of Harbourne. Despite Amirah and Jess also showing their prowess in front of goal in this match the fact remains that we should be scoring even more goals with the quality that we possess and the Erdington & Saltley encounter was the most one sided 0-0 draw our manager has ever seen!
