A very interesting photograph received from Ralph Ling which shows a picture of his dad Richard who captained Wolverhampton schools during the 1925/26 season. Richard was born in 1910 and swapped football for the building trade when he left school. He lived all his life in Wolverhampton apart from serving in Burma during WW2 and went on to marry in 1934 and raise seven children. Richard died in 1981. Does anyone have any memories of Richard Ling or Bingley School? He may also have attended Brickkiln School as well.
