September 6th 2025.u11's open season with a win.

The u11’s began the new 2025/26 season with a comfortable win against Aston despite conceding the opening goal. There were many old favourites on view but it was nice to see some new faces as well and once they had bedded in we had estabished a commanding 4-1 lead by half time.Jakson Ashley was playing to his usual high standard in goal and with our defence looking rock steady we were able to introduce three subs in the second half and they all played an important part in what was a really pleasing team performance. Mubasher Wardere came on and did well in goal and Mustafa Wardere scored twice to complete the scoring after Corban Smith and Hassan Hussain had also scored a brace of goals before the break.The lads were certainly good value for their eventual 6-2 win and if we can maintain this form we should be in for another exciting season.
