November 8th 2025. u11 Boys visit The Wirral.
The u11 Boys had the thankless task of travelling to Bidston Leisure Centre to play a National Cup tie against a Wirral side who are one of the strongest district sides in the country. Our ask was made even more daunting by the fact that they were able to call on a number of academy players but as always, our boys were up for the challenge! Nevertheless there was little between the two sides in the opening stages and Wolverhampton more than held their own. They were confident

November 7th 2025. Super draw for the u14 Girls.
This National Cup game under the floodlights at the famous Lilleshall National Sports Centre turned out to be a really special evening for the U14 Girls and we were really proud of the way that they represented the city. They showed tremendous skill, teamwork, and determination from the kick off and dominated much of the first half , creating several excellent chances and playing some outstanding football, only to see Salford take a 1–0 lead into the interval as a result of a

November 7th 2025. u15 Girls fight against the odds.
The Wolverhampton u15 Girls entertained Hyndburn & Ribble in their third National Cup group game still chasing their first win and their cause wasn't helped with a number of players withdrawing on the day due to illness. Despite the disruption we started really brightly, however, and both teams had chances in a scrappy but evenly contested first half which ended 0–0. Indeed it could be said that we created the more clear cut chances before the break with Dhemi, Sarannah, Xien

October 31st 2025. Halloween treat for the u11 Girls.
This was a very entertaining competitive game played in blustery conditions, with both sides displaying lots of skill, effort, and determination. Leeds settled the quicker of the two teams, and by passing the ball neatly and adapting well to the wind they quickly established a 3-0 lead. Our opponents looked composured and the game was looking well beyond us at that stage but the Wolverhampton girls weren’t about to give in, and indeed they grew stronger as the match progresse

October 26th 2025. u11 Boys in Cup action.
Wolverhampton got the 7-a-side tournament off to the perfect start with what developed into a confident display despite Jakson having to make a fantastic fingertip save in the opening minutes and Harborne striking the post from the resulting corner. This was a real let off but the scare seemed to spark Wolves into life and the lads never looked back although they were never able to turn their superiority into goals. Hassan scored the all important goal, after Charlie had pic

October 18th 2025. u10's back in action.
Wolverhampton Under 10 Boys, faced their toughest test of the season against a strong and well-organised Erdington side and began the game brightly. This was exactly the confident start we wanted and by winning our tackles and pressing well we were certainly looking dangerous going forward in the opening minutes but a long ball over the top led to Erdington taking the lead and in the blink of an eye the whole momentum of the game changed. In a mad ten minute spell we conce

The Wolverhampton girls put in a strong and spirited performance on Friday evening at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre, continuing their development and showing plenty of promise despite a tough scoreline, but ultimately ran out of steam after an excellent start. Despite the result it was undoubtedly a great night of football and a brilliant effort from the girls, who gave everything from the first whistle to the last.
